Serving North Texas with easy access to Waco and Austin, our apartment home provides complete access to Texas for you! You won't be disappointed with luxurious, fresh new rooms and details. Smart TVs in every room and cold A/C for your stay make this a great spot to relax when you're not outdoors.

PARKING One parking space is included free with your stay. Register your vehicle in the parking app when you arrive — the link is in your check-in instructions. An additional space is available for a fee, registered through the same app. That fee is set by Association management, not the owner, and is subject to change on event weekends. All vehicles must be registered. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing.

Additional guests The unit sleeps 6. If an additional guest is present, an additional fee of $125 will be charged immediately. We do not provide linens for floors and couches as accommodation. Guests are expected to follow the house rules provided, including noise restrictions, smoking policies, and respect for neighbors. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Accidents and Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any accidents or damages should be promptly reported to the host or property manager. Charges for repairs or replacements may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. Cleaning and Maintenance: Upon check-in, the rental property will be clean and well-maintained. Guests are responsible for keeping the property reasonably clean during their stay. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional cleaning fees. PARKING: Parking is by permit only. Park ONLY in permitted space, not visitors. One vehicle is included with the stay. Before arrival, you must provide a license plate, make/model, and color. Parking is monitored by security with license plate registration. SECOND VEHICLE POLICY - This is processed by association management - not me/owner. The vehicle must register with the management visitor pass app, and the management set fee is generally $25-50 per day for up to 2 days. Subject to change based on event weekends. Ensure you provide the vehicle details, or the car may be towed at the owner's expense.
